Vision Statement

At BAA, we use system thinking, or “relationships between things”, to help companies develop products and solutions.    
We believe relationships between people are of equal importance.  We are guided by integrity, ethics, and professionalism.

 

We believe in respect for others and respect for their time at work and away from work; we believe in giving our employees enough information and freedom to make decisions.  While perfection is elusive, we continually strive to understand and improve relationships of the systems we work on and the people we work with.  Together these form our principles.

 

We keep those principles in mind as we work with our team members and our customers.  We want to be the company people want to work for and that companies seek to partner with to improve their products because of the principles we hold and the value we bring.
